This is your current outstanding balance, showing how much is yet to be paid to you.

2. Royalties Overview Table
Column Name |
Explanation |

Date |
The date when the royalty data was imported into the system. |
Description |
The label for the batch (e.g., “Imported Royalties for Dec 2024”). |
Total Income (GBP) |
The total amount of money generated by the works in that batch. |
Profile Earnings (GBP) |
The portion of total income allocated to your profile. |
Payments (GBP) |
Shows if the earnings for that period have been paid. Currently all rows show -, meaning unpaid. |
3. Search & Pagination

Use the search bar to filter records by date or description.
Pagination allows navigating between multiple pages of royalty statements.
4. Download Details
Each entry in the Royalty Payments table has a vertical ellipsis button (⋮) at the far right of the row. Clicking this opens a contextual menu with the option. Downloads a detailed report for the selected royalty period.
Clicking Download Details would generate a file like:

Reporting Period | The time range when royalties were collected |
Platform | The platform (e.g. PRS, Spotify) where usage occurred |
Platform Type | Type of platform (P = Performing Rights, M = Mechanical, etc.) |
Country Of Sale | Country where the royalties were generated |
Publisher Profile | Name of the publishing entity receiving royalties |
Songwriter Profile | Name of the songwriter |
Song Title | Title of the track for which royalties were paid |
Amount Paid by Platform | Gross revenue paid by the platform |
service % | Percentage deducted for platform services |
Service Amount (£) | Actual amount deducted by platform services |
Amount Left After Deduction (£) | Remaining amount after service deductions |
Publisher Administrator % | Admin fee percentage taken by the publisher |
Publisher Administrator Amount | Admin fee amount taken by the publisher |
Tax: Country | Country where tax is applied |
Tax: % Deducted | Percentage of tax deducted |
